The Accessible Computer Lab
Accessible Mobile Technologies

For centuries technology has allowed humans to access to something that they once found difficult. With that thought technology has allowed access to a countless number of students to be academically successful where previous generations may not have had. Computers are designed to cater to all users needs. Apps by the hundreds are being designed to reduce the frustations that a student may have due to a learning or developmental disorder. As a former special education teacher I was able to witness technology create a calmful exhale for students who previously had been full of anxiety of the possiblity of not reaching their intended desires. Allowing the access to devices that can increase students' success can only change the dynamic of a classroom  in a positive one. Technology levels the playing field so that every one can reach their goals whether it be in school, the classroom, or in everyday life.
